The Force Is With Harrison Ford As STAR WARS EPISODE VII Resumes Production
We heard earlier this month that J.J. Abrams' Star Wars Episode VII would likely resume production during August, but various sources confirm that shooting has started in London and that Harrison Ford (who broke his leg in the Millennium Falcon) is ready to head into action as Han Solo...
According to The Hollywood Reporter, filming on Star Wars Episode VII restarted earlier this week at Pinewood Studios in the UK. Harrison Ford broke his leg on the set of the movie back in June, and with Han Solo set to play a key role in the J.J. Abrams helmed movie, there was a lot of concern that the release date would have to be changed to accomodate his recovery. In case you somehow missed the news, Ford broke his leg while shooting a scene on the Millennium Falcon. The 71-year-old actor would have to undergo surgery, but he's fine now and Star Wars Episode VII is still expected to hit on December 18th, 2015. The movie also stars Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker and newcomers to the franchise, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Lupita Nyong'o and Max von Sydow.
