The ultimate X-Men ensemble fights a war for the survival of the species across two time periods in X-Men: Days of Future Past. The beloved characters from the original X-Men film trilogy join forces with their younger selves from X-Men: First Class, in an epic battle that must change the past to save our future.
 



X-Men: Days of Future Past's huge all-star cast includes Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Jennifer Lawrence, Daniel Cudmore, Nicholas Hoult, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters and Ellen Page, and it went on sale digitally today with a DVD and Blu-ray release set for October 14th.

This movie stinked monkey poop. Magneto goes to prison for killing the president and that doesn't send any signals, but Mystique kills Peter Dinklage and IT CHANGES EVERYTHING!!! Lame. Then Peter Dinklage didn't really die and he grew taller and changed skin color. Double Lame. Magneto tries to kill every mutant that crosses his path, but makes a speech at the end about killing mutants is wrong and they are the future. He's a one dimensional hypocrite , not "complex" like some would suggest.

I have not paid to watch an X-Men Movie since X2. I pirate and seed all the movies but have not seen the New Wolverine or DoFP movie. The Fox-Men Suck! That is all.

Magneto: The one dimensional hypocrite. A MUTANT had his mom killed, and that makes him hate humans for no reason. Most of First Crap was abut him trying to get revenge on another fellow MUTANT, not a human. Then after he finally killed him , he suddenly hates all humans, why?

If the US government had giant robots designed for battle, don't you think they would use them after Magneto went to prison FOR KILLING THE PRESIDENT!!!! Why would the assassination of Peter Dinklage ,who would be resurrected as an African-American anyways, lead to the events of a dark future. That makes no sense. That's like if a terrorist killed the president and the US did nothing until Tom Cruise was killed by a terrorist.

Shaw wasn't a mutant when he killed Magneto's mother and tortured him. He became a mutant through I believe it was nuclear testing, hence why his power is all about harnessing energy.

@jCamerOn Just because i point out the flawed writing in the Fox-Men movies, doesn't mean I'm a Marvel Studios Zombie. In fact, I actually got banned from SuperHeroHype for criticizing Marvel Studios movies and exposing the double standards that some Marvel Studios fans have.

@jCam Magneto and Fastbender are the best thing happening at Fox...I am not a Fox-verse fan on many levels, but credit were its due..they have strong casting most of the time...Mcavoy, Fastbender, Jackman, Mckellan, Stewart...even lessers like Halle Berry, Anna Paquin and Ellen Page..all very good.


And Magneto is pretty much in the top 3 earthbound villians of marvel. Him, Doom and Red Skull...


He is relatable because he is right and Charles is wrong...and everyone deep down knows it..No way in our real world people would tolerate it..like a spider on the wall they would grab a shoe and smash it...and since we know that we know that although we might not like it..he is saving his people...

@Wimpy I dont care what most people think as long as they A- qualify it..dont just say "Singer Sucks" qualify it (i had a laundry list.:) ) and B- be consistent...

@m0th3r I would not say much about Halle Berry's casting or how well she was utilized by Singer in the first X-film she had like one line. The toad in a thunderstorm one which down as one of the cheesiest lines in the whole franchise. She was basically a background character hell the Black Bird Jet had a bigger screen presence than she did.
