New Image From THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E. Starring Henry Cavill And Armie Hammer

We saw a couple of (low-res) shots from The Man From U.N.C.L.E. a little earlier this year, but Warner Bros. have now released the first official still which offers up a look at the very suave Henry Cavill (Batman v Superman) and Armie Hammer (The Lone Ranger).

Henry Cavill (“Man of Steel”) stars as Napoleon Solo opposite Armie Hammer (“The Social Network”) as Illya Kuryakin in director Guy Ritchie’s action adventure “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.,” a fresh take on the hugely popular 1960s television series. Set against the backdrop of the early 1960s, at the height of the Cold War, “The Man from U.N.C.L.E.” centers on CIA agent Solo and KGB agent Kuryakin.  Forced to put aside longstanding hostilities, the two team up on a joint mission to stop a mysterious international criminal organization, which is bent on destabilizing the fragile balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons and technology.  The duo’s only lead is the daughter of a vanished German scientist, who is the key to infiltrating the criminal organization, and they must race against time to find him and prevent a worldwide catastrophe.

Directed by Guy Ritchie and starring Henry Cavill, Armie Hammie,Alicia Vikander, Elizabeth Debicki, and Jared Harris, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. will be released on August 14th, 2015. Excited?

@Jeight how many times do people say its a site for comics cbms and relevant movie news and other media.(paraphrasing obviously)that are interesting remember when there was a bunch of 24 stuff? And Star wars stuff which was a movie before it was a comic I believe but that's a grey area and they even cover video games like GTA 5 the site is about other genres too , things that people enjoy; also look at interstellar for an example. Hope Cavill can teach Hammer how to bulk up. But, he has plenty of time.
Should be about 2020 when he takes over for Chris Evans.

It would be great if WB released BvS trailer on December 25th. But that's not likely of course.

But that and Spider-Man back at Marvel universe would be terrific christmas presents.
