"It is without question an intense and terrifying prospect," J.J. Abrams told MTV News when asked how he feels to know that Star Wars: The Force Awakens is pretty much everyone's most anticipated movie of 2015. There's obviously been a lot of excitement surrounding the first teaser trailer too of course, something Abrams is well aware of. "It's also the opportunity I think that's greater than the fear. Greater than the risk, and so I'm more excited about the work that everyone has done on the movie and this incredible cast." After describing Oscar Isaac's Poe Dameron as "remarkably great", the director went on to look back at his experience shooting Episode VII"It was an amazing experience making this movie for everyone. There was a sort of weird buzz in the air when we were making this movie, but we were all just aware of how hard we had to work to make it something worthy of people's time." What do you think?

They have actually done very well to avoid many leaks, or at least many confirmed ones.

Awesome lightsabre aside there hasn't been much to get excited about so far but I'm hoping that we get some cool news/ footage soon

Honestly I'm so excited for this damn movie that if it fails.... I probably won't even leave my apartment for a few months. It would crush me completely.

But it won't fail, there's just no freaking way.

This is not a prequel....to NOT be excited would be crazy. JJ did a good job with Star Trek...plus again, the nostalgia factor with these three is different than a young anakin skywalker. The prequels were utter garbage with over the top effects...this will not be like that.

@MonsterSquad35...don't blame the character just because we think the writer/director did a horrible job...Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader is the best of his characters, the realization of the character left a lot to be desired

@NocturnalPRIME

Not blaming the character. The character of anakin/darth is without question, incredible... but the way he was presented was boring to me. No life. And it didn't help that the acting was god awful. those movies had no substance in regards to character building...did no justice to Anakin.

But I keep asking myself how can this fail?
