'Murmur' Comes To Starling City In Official Description For ARROW Season 3, Episode 16

The CW has released the official description for "The Offer", the episode of Arrow which will air when the show returns in March. In it, we learn that another DC Comics villain will be causing problems for The Arrow, while Black Canary gets an intriguing offer from Nyssa al Ghul...

DC COMICS’ VILLAIN MURMUR SWEEPS INTO STARLING CITY — Still weighed down by his last meeting with Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable), Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns home to find a new villain and his crew have started terrorizing Starling City – Michael Amar AKA Murmur (guest star Adrian Glynn McMorran), a man whose mouth has been sewn shut.  Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) bond over their issues with their fathers and Nyssa make Laurel an offer. Thea (Willa Holland) is forced to come to terms with her father after Oliver brings Malcom (John Barrowman) to the loft to recover, and Lance (Paul Blackthorne) shuts out both Laurel and the Arrow.  Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Brian Ford Sullivan (#316). 


Murmur could actually be spotted in the promo for "The Offer" which you can see by clicking here. It should be very interesting to see whether or not Black Canary ends up accepting Nyssa's offer, especially if it's an invitation to join the League of Assassins...

I'm really excited to find out that Olly's son has been kidnapped and raised by the league into the ideal heir, Olly has to teach him not to kill him and he becomes Ro- Speedy. Or when Starling is hit by an earthquake and gangs take ov- shit they already did that one.

You know what's the worst part of the episode tonight?

Batman exist. Batman does exist in the Arrowverse. We had Harley. You can't have Harley without Joker and you can't have Joker without Batman.

And yet Ra's makes an offer to Oliver to join his side....

The only reason why Ra's would as Oliver is because the reason Talia isn't on the show is because she is on Bruce's dick in Gotham.

@LEVITIKUZ I'm just gonna be a positive guy FOR NOW and assume that Ras only asked Oliver cos he's tired of asking Bats for the last how ever many years and sees that Oliver, although a lesser specimen than Bruce can be shaped the way Ras wants him to. Lol.. in my made up Arrowverse Ras is really desperate right now. He lost Bruce, then thought he got the jackpot with Damien then that didn't work out and he lost both Talia and Damian. Now all he's got is a bunch of wusses, his over the top lesbian daughter and Malcolm who has already betrayed him. I'd go for Oliver too at this point. Shit even the deranged Jason Todd went back to Gotham. Lol

They are going to end up doing "Arrow : Lost in Time" then he's gonna threaten darkside, fund the watch tower, infact in season 9 finale he will retire and then come right back in the first episode of ten as an outlaw with Flash sent to take him down . They will fight. Then he will beat Flash and say his famous line from the popular comic "The Hood guy Returns" . "I want you to remember, Barry. In all your days to come.in all your modt private moments. I want you to remember, my arrow in your butt. I want you to remember. The one man who slowed you!"
