I also hate this show but not because batman isn't it. I hate it because Fish Mooney is a poorly written, over acted villain. Because the story lines are amateurish and also poorly written. For example, in the episode where someone is kidnapping the children of Gothams rich and powerful, we see Bruce asleep in the study...with the window open...all so cat woman can sneak in. It's just idiotic nonsensical things like this that pepper every episode and turn me off. Gordon's love interest is also an awful, boring story line.

You can be mad at me for not liking the show, but at least I've provided some reasons. If you disagree, make some points for why you like it and why I'm wrong.

Is this show necessary? Absolutely not. Is it entertaining? No. Is this show a prequel to Batman and Robin? It seems like it.

As i keep saying if the Batman element was taken out of the show it would jut be a mediocre generic cop show. Why the hell would you make a show based in Gotham before Batman. Just do a show on Batman or Nightwing.

Felt like fish had served her purpose and it was time for her to off the show for sometime. Seems like they are trying to soap it up a bit lately and try the CW formula. It wont work. Its to dark and violent for that audience. Shows far from perfect. But it's a decent watch to hold me over until" better call saul" .

Dislike Fish Mooney. And Lil' Ivy. The rest is pretty okay.

I've tried to get into it, just cant.I have to agree with the poor writing/acting comment. The only thing I do like about it is the "feel" of Gotham, making it come across as a poor, crime ridden cesspool. They got that right for sure

Kill fish. By the way, her new eye looks fake as hell.
And Harvey is one of the best characters on this show, I'd like more focus on him.
