The CW has released a very brief description for the 20th episode of Arrow, and it sheds some light on that steamy scene between Oliver and Felicity in the recently released trailer. We also learn more about what's to come for The Arrow and how all of that ties to the villainous Ra's al Ghul...

BACK TO NANDA PARBAT — Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) finally makes Oliver(Stephen Amell) an offer he can’t refuse. The team joins Oliver on his journey to Nanda Parbatwhere aa heartbroken Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) decides to take matters into her own hands.Antonio Negret directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Oscar Balderrama.


So, there's not a lot revealed here, but it's certainly intriguing! Based on the promo for The Flash and that new teaser for Arrow, Oliver is going to accept Ra's al Ghul's offer sooner rather than later and it should be in this episode by the sound of it. What could change his mind though? We'll find out soon!

Like I said before Felicity's father should be Sportsmaster! It would cause drama, better backstory for her, he fits in perfectly in the Arrowverse, and his costume is perfectly a TV budget costume!


Also, I have realized since Oliver becomes the new Ra's, I'm guessing they would have the Arrow team kind of walk away from him and do their own thing. In that case Diggle should be Guardian like Mal Duncan was in Young Justice. It would be pretty badass to see Diggle wear the Guardian suit.

Felicity has been even presented as more pristine than Ollie's little sister. Shipper should woryy taht this is a kiss of death. I'll always remember Wesley & Illeria/ Fred at the end of Angel.

Dev7- agreed im fed up of the whole felicity crap, they should have just thrown here with palmer then forgotten about it. rather than then after an entire season of setting them 2 up just throwing her back at oliver again the whole romance crap has just gotten very annoying.

Mark my word, time travel is going to undo most of season 2. That is how Sara will be alive for the new spinoff and why they're seemingky painting themselves into a corner. It will all be undone.

@batmannightwing Yeah, because Thea exists in the comics, Sara and Captain Lance are original comic book characters, Ray Palmer actually is a multi-billion dollar tech genius that buys Queen Consolidated in the comics. It called adapting the source material to fit the narrative for the show. Don't over think simple things dude lol

@Mazoku When Thea left with Malcolm at the end of season 2, I knew she would become Cheshire. I just wish they go that route and even go the route of Felicity's father being Sportsmaster.

@Mazoku, Cheshire is also part East Asian, so I don't know how one could draw a conclusion or even suggest that just because Thea has dark hair and slept with Roy she should be Cheshire outside of just wanting to see the character on the small screen. Olivia Munn would probably be a better fit in that role (and there are a lot of fans who would agree).

@batmannightwing How old are you? 10? How hard is it comprehend the concept of adapting the source material to the narrative? There is no point in explains it to you if you can't even understand it after first reading it.
