Description Of Epic Extra Footage Shown At Tonight's BATMAN v SUPERMAN IMAX Event
Fans attending the special Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice IMAX screening on the East Coast have already been treated to free tickets for the movie when it opens next year, but here you will find a description of the extra footage shown. Hint: It features a fight between the two heroes!
There's been a lot of speculation about what the extra footage shown at tonight's IMAX event for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will contain; a shot of the Justice League? Wonder Woman in action? Batman and Superman fighting? Well, it's sort of the latter, as ComicBook.com reports that the extra six or so seconds features "a close up of Superman running, then running through something before we get a wide view and you see Batman, charging towards Superman in his armor suit. Batman is charging with his arms out and Superman with a huge fist like in the comics. Just as they are about to clash it cuts and then the Batman V. Superman title comes out."
That sounds pretty cool, but it's not exactly a lot of new footage for those who have already seen the trailer online! Zack Snyder apparently tells those in attendance that both this and the "Tell me, do you bleed?" scene were shot with IMAX cameras, and the scene described above won't be released online. Stay tuned to CBM as a bootleg version will inevitably leak...what do you think?
