Time Warner CEO Claims BATMAN v SUPERMAN Is 2016's Most Highly Anticipated Movie

Between Captain America: Civil War, Deadpool, and Star Wars: Rogue One (to name just a few), 2016 is a massive year for movies. Is Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice the most highly anticipated of them all? That's what Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes claimed today according to Variety as he told investors that there was "no more anticipated" movie set for release next year than this one. That's one hell of a bold (and expected) claim, but is it one you agree with?
Regardless, the site also points out that Bewkes "talked up plans for Warner Bros. to release as many as 10 DC Comics-related movies in the next few years", and some sites are taking that as an indication that we'll be getting more of these adaptations than expected over the next few years. That's an interesting assumption, but it's worth noting that there are ten movies on Warner Bros.' DC Comics slate, so we probably shouldn't get too excited just yet. Then again, the studio still hasn't announced those Batman and Superman movies they promised when the DC slate was unveiled...
