Jesse Eisenberg Describes His Comic-Con Experience And It Doesn't Sound Like He Had Fun

As an actor, Jesse Eisenberg is pretty damn good. In interviews? The complete opposite. Asked to describe his experience in Hall H for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice this past Saturday, the actor put his experience into the most WTF words possible. Hit the jump for details...

During the Batman v Superman portion of Warner Bros.' Hall H panel at Comic-Con this past Saturday, Jesse Eisenberg looked pretty bored. Perhaps he didn't want to be there or doesn't like the publicity side of making movies, but you would think that he would have been impressed by having more than 7,000 passionate fans cheering both him and the movie he stars in.

In an interview yesterday Eisenberg was asked about his Comic-Con experience, and he's apparently not a fan; "It is like being screamed at by thousands of people. I don't know what the experience is throughout history, probably some kind of genocide. I can't think of anything that's equivalent." If you're planning on going to Comic-Con next year, be warned that the experience is basically like genocide. Yes, that's really how he described it.

Will Eisenberg make a good Lex Luthor? Weigh in with your thoughts on Eisenberg and his comments in the usual place.

When he was originally cast, I dont know why the fxck why, But I thought it was great casting... lmao, Probably on the indica when the announcment came. But now I see him.... Mostly with Superman kneeling to him, I just picture TAS Lex & it would literally make everything PERFECT. But with the amount of awesome in the trailer, I have no right to complain right now. It's like getting a well cooked delicious steak and getting pissed your napkin sucks...... BRING IT FXCKING ON

We are the inferior humans in Eisenberg's eyes. Very Lex Luthor of him.

Jesse Eisenberg probably was upset that fans aren't too excited that he's Lex Luthor. HE'S SO NOT THE PART.

Why do people keep saying Lex Luthor is in Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice. All I saw was Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Jesse Eisenburg...

@Jollem

Exactly it is not really negative, he is basically saying he cannot believe all the screaming and the genocide was the best choice of words. OH well anything associated to BvS will be scrutinized and reported on.

This reminds me of when Tom Cruise said that actors jobs are just as difficult as people in the Military. You just don't make stupid comments like this. I don't see him making fans of him playing Lex Luthor. From all the interviews he's done, you can tell he only did this movie for the pay and isn't a comic book fan. He would be better to keep his mouth shut and then he might have a chance for people to start liking him. He may be a good actor, but he just never sounds like a good person and that's sad because he's making a huge amount of cash and lots of people would jump at the chance to work on these types of films.
