Interesting New Details About 'Spider-Man''s CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Costume

There are a lot of conflicting reports out there about Spider-Man's appearance in Captain America: Civil War, and while we recently learned that he may end up being part of #TeamIronMan, what will his suit look like? Well, a new rumour might just shed some light on that...

Over the past few weeks, we've heard that Spider-Man's suit will be red and black and even seen a piece of artwork which apparently resembles his look in Captain America: Civil War (it was very homemade, and very different to the comic books). However, now ComicBook.com has weighed in with a report which sheds some light on how the wall-crawler will look when he makes his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut. It could be that there are multiple costumes in the movie - my bet would be homemade > the one described below > Iron Spider - but here's the scoop on at least one.

According to the site, we are going to see a costume with the classic red and blue colour scheme from the comics. They describe it as, "an Avengers-friendly version of the traditional Spider-suit, complete with detailing reminiscent of costumes like Captain America's Avengers movie suits," and add: "The blue is a darker color, not unlike what we saw in The Amazing Spider-Man...There's a version of the Spider-Man suit out there, which is absolutely blue and red with black webs." While these new details are very interesting, they also raise a lot of new questions, especially in regards to how many Spider-Man suits we're going to see in Captain America: Civil War! So basically it will look like the suit in the Raimi and TASM2 which looked just like the suit in the comics but because the MCU is doing it, somehow someway it will be the best suit ever even though it's more or less the same as we've seen.

Not hating at all bc the Raimi and TASM2 suits were perfect but why is this news exciting?

Wonder how thicker black outlines around the eyes would look in live-action. That could be something new to do for this suit.

What does detailing of Cap costume mean?? I feel like it means it's as detailed as Cap's but it also means something else

I'm with @LEVITIKUZ the suit was perfect in TASM2 and if it was simply Sony changing the suit, people would riot like they did for TASM1

While BP's costume here is badass, I hope Spidey's suit doesn't have all the busy lines like we see here and see in all the MCU costumes

@ComicsBornAndBred I think it means that it's going to be bulkier. Remember in Avengers it was skin tight and impractical. I think they mean like in Winter Soldier where it was tight enough but not too much where it looks bad and it offers protection.

Let's hope he gets his traditional suit eventually. One good thing about TASM2 was the absolutely beautiful, perfect suit design. It looked like it was ripped straight off the page and was by far the best version put to film yet. Especially after TASM's so-so yellow-eyed, basketball-textured, silver slipper version.

I ready for Civil War. I know the 1st trailer is going to be crazy! Also ready for the new Spider-Man movie. Here's hoping that Spidey pops up in IW part 1 & 2!!!!
