I hope we don't end up with another version of A New Hope where Luke fights the new Sith and "checks out" the same way Kenobi did, providing motivation for a new Jedi to rise from his ashes.

Abrams toyed with Star Trek in much the same way with his version of Khan.

Please no.

My only fear is that this will try too hard to be Episodes 4-6 done with a modern twist. Awesome Practical effects aside, I want to hear a story to intrigue me for real.

Hope he actually is as dangerous as he looks in the film, unlike Grevious and Maul

I still don't get the saber light coming of the sides. Don't make sense if your swinging it around like a ninja. You would have to keep it a handed weapon. Swords have it to block the blades sliding down so what does this do for sabers. Put that aside, movie looks good.
