BATMAN v SUPERMAN May Be The Most Expensive Movie Ever; New JUSTICE LEAGUE Details

We recently heard that Marvel's two Avengers: Infinity War movies may end up costing as much as $1 billion, but it sounds like Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice's budget has spiralled completely out of control! Meanwhile, how much are Warner Bros. spending on Justice League?

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is going to need to be a massive hit if this new report about its budget is to be believed! According to Latino-Review, that has now rocketed to a whopping $410 million. That's an insane amount and puts the movie on track to being the most expensive ever shot. If it grosses over $1 billion (as any movie starring Batman and Superman really should), then it will be a worthwhile investment, but if things go wrong...well, that could spell disaster for Warner Bros.' upcoming DC Comics slate! So, why is it so expensive? The site puts it down to, "the addition of big name cast members, practical sets, and an extended production schedule could have all contributed." Don't go expecting the two part Justice League to be anywhere near as expensive as Avengers: Infinity War though, as the budget for those is reportedly around the $500 million mark for both in total. The movie is expected to shoot in London for 16 month in total, so it will be interesting to see if we get any set photos or if the whole thing will be done in studio. Thoughts?

If WB and Marvel are spending that kind of money.....they need to have a good 6weeks run before another big movie hits...

BvS has a great date with about 6weeks..

Had Man of Steel not split the comic community down the line, this COULD have made a billion easily.

The writing for this article is absurd. Can you count? You say "as the budget for those is reportedly around the $500 million mark for both in total." That would put each movie for Infinity War as 250 million EACH for the total budget of 500 million. As for Batman vs. Superman you said it's at 410 million which still isn't that this "projected" budget of 500 million for Avengers. Budget and gross are two different things. Nothing is near 1 billion for either...

I find that number difficult to believe.

While the film certainly has ballooned over $250 million and with marketing will probably north of $300 million, I just can't buy a $450 million production budget.

I also don't believe that Infinity War will cost $1 billion.

BULLSHIT IT COST 410 MIL. Latino Review stay schemin

Funnily enough, the movie will still probably make back a huge profit. If ant man can do it so can Batman and Superman, guaranteed.
I'm not quite sure this is accurate though lmao

LOL! I cry when people hate on DC........I am not hating on Josh just merely pointing out his click bait and rumor mill articles.

Granted Josh does not mind because I am commenting on his article and he is getting the clicks.

Why don't you go back to the other article and cry about Jollem some more.
