Not too long ago, we heard that the first trailer for X-Men: Apocalypse wouldn't reach us until next year. It seemed unlikely, but those comments came from director Bryan Singer himself, so it's hard to think of a more reliable source. Thankfully, it appears as if he was indeed talking about the first full length trailer and not the teaser as you can tell from the director's Instagram post below.

As well as returning cast members Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, and Nicholas Hoult, X-Men: Apocalypse will also introduce Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Lana Condor, Oscar Isaac, Ben Hardy, Olivia Munn, and a number of others. The movie is set to be released on May 27th, 2016. Are you looking forward to finally seeing the trailer?

Seemed pretty clear to me when he said the trailer was 'six months out' he was fumbling to say it would come 6 months *before* the movie. Which, oh look, is this month.

I'm curious to see the kid X-Men. Singer is good with kids.

I truly hope they have actually made the decision to change the look of Apocalypse's face from purple back to a more faithful white. I don't care if they have to CG his face for the whole movie.
