Chris Evans Hopes To Show Up As CAPTAIN AMERICA In IRON MAN 4
Robert Downey Jr. talks here about the strange feeling that comes with playing Iron Man in another superhero's movie, while Chris Evans reveals that he would like to repay the favour after Captain America: Civil War by reprising the role of Steve Rogers in Iron Man 4...
Despite the presence of Iron Man and a number of other Avengers, we keep hearing that Captain America: Civil War is still very much Captain America's movie. Funnily enough, that's a point which has now been emphasised by Robert Downey Jr. in an interview with Entertainment Weekly when he explained how the process of becoming a supporting character in a release such as this one differs to his own Iron Man trilogy. "It just hit me yesterday, now that we’re six weeks in, that they were actually over his shoulder coming out of the elevator, not over my shoulder watching him come out of the elevator," he explained. "I was like, oh, that’s right, it’s his point of view." Chris Evans meanwhile sounds more than happy to repay the favour by showing up in a possible Iron Man 4. "I’d be happy to be in an Iron Man movie. We've been in so many movies together, the titles are almost, at this point, inconsequential. We all win!" Civil War II? Here's hoping, eh?
