Go beyond the movie to experience what it’s like to BE Spider-Man like never before. Set shortly after the events of Columbia Pictures’ new film, The Amazing Spider-Man throws New York City’s brand new hero back into free-roaming, web-slinging action, as he protects the Big Apple from a deluge of unimaginable threats. Experience the new Web Rush mechanic as Spidey twists his way through the NYC skyline with unprecedented speed and grace. The game’s original story also explores beautiful indoor environments, as you’ll encounter everything from skirmishes with everyday street thugs to pulse-pounding confrontations with Spider-Man’s most lethal foes.

So, nothing too revealing but it would appear that the Oscorp lab in the second picture is more than likely Lizard related. While the game will serve as an epilogue to the movie, there's nothing to say Spider-Man won't face off against more mutated Lizard's! Stay tuned for more details on The Amazing Spider-Man and sound off with your thoughts in the usual place.

Did anyone actually realize that all those robots are actually Spider-Slayers?
Are those webs in the laboratory?
And that's no ordinary bank robbery.

bleh, environment concept art is dull to me. I was hoping character concepts. I love seeing the different approaches people go for before settling on a final look.

I doubt there'll be any other Spidey villains in this game, just giant robots. They probably want to make sure they avoid continuity errors within the series, since they're setting this after the first film. If they were to use a villain like Kraven or Mysterio for example, if those characters then appeared in a later film, the game would suddenly become non-canon, because they'd never make a sequel to a film assuming the audience has played the game set between the two installments.

@grif THEY ARE FOR A VIDEO GAME. That's why they look like a video game shot. Do you read?

If you're going to bitch, at least get your facts straight. It's just a habit for you now.

@SpiderAssassin What Nolanite are you complaining about now? Seriously some of you bitch about haters before there's bad comments.

Character art would be better but looks good, I'm just tired of spiderman games where the majority of the game is fighting through labs.....

This is an EPILOGUE to The Amazing Spiderman, meaning after. Chances are we are going to have to fight some classic villains. Doesn't mean that particular villain is going to appear in the subsequent films. Black Cat is in Edge of Time. Will she appear in The Amazing Spiderman? Probably not. Ultimate Spiderman the game has a crap load of villains including Venom. Haters, stop bitching and get your facts straight.
