Experience the new Web Rush mechanic as Spidey twists his way through the NYC skyline with unprecedented speed and grace. The game’s original story also explores beautiful indoor environments, as you’ll encounter everything from skirmishes with everyday street thugs to pulse-pounding confrontations with Spider-Man’s most lethal foes.

Many of the spiderman games have good replay value because of their free roam environments. What always bugged me was the irritating side missions like rush this person to the hospital or save this person from falling off a building. Is every construction worker on a high rise an osha violator that cant wear a harness?

the only movie-tie-in games to ever cut it ... spider-man 2 and 3. (with wolverine origins getting an A for effort) let's hope this one can continue the trend of awesome spidey movie games!

I wish we had a Spider-man game that had changes in weather. Clear, rain, snow, strong winds, during the night and day and would just change up randomly. It would be cool to swing through the city during the elements.

I'm not sure how this game will look. The trailer didn't wow me, although its tone intrigued me. It feels like Spider-man meets Cloverfield.

But back to the aesthetic, the graphics looked so-so in the trailer, which mostly has cinematic footage, but they look great in the still shots of the gameplay. I'm sure the mechanics will be good, I just don't want to swing through generic looking city buildings. It was fun back in 2004, but I hope that 8 years will have positive changes on the detailing.

Very nice.@Knight3000: Yes, I agree. Ultimate is pretty good too. Honestly I don't have too many complaints about any Spiderman games. They're all good.

Anyone know what that big building in the background might be? Could it be Bolivar Trask's building like the one in the Ultimate Spider-man Video Game?

No doubt that the game will be awesome. Shattered Dimensions and Edge of Time were okay, but Spider-Man games are meant for free roam. Nice to see it coming back
