Just me but I really don't like Daniel Acuna's artwork.

@marvel72 You read the last issue? One of the best in the entire AvsX series.

the phoenix five is dope! wish they chose 5 people that had a better chance of staying like that indefinitely. but the 5 they chose are great! it's just a shame it wont last long. a cosmic group of villains of that scale would be a nice staple for marvel to have.

Artwork is as boring as hell.

What are they like the Jackson 5?

@wearethewalkingdead9 There aren't many, and they all have different groups with different storylines and types.

There's almost zero overlap in terms of tone of theme, though major plot points (Age of X, Utopia, Schism) bleed into the background of all of them (as they should).

X-Men - Focused on Storm's crew and vampire-centric

X-Men Legacy - Pretty much Rogue-centric for the last 4 years or so. A character driven book with spots of action.

Uncanny X-Men - Your classic Cyclops-led, mutants on the verge of extinction book.

X-Factor - A great noir book at times and has spots of fun tongue-in-cheek moments that stays removed from the rest of the Marvel line 95% of the time.

Uncanny X-Force - One of the best books of the line next to X-Factor, a ball-out action book with great character moments for little-used characters like Psylocke and Deathlok, and great uses for Fantomex and Deadpool.

Wolverine and the X-Men - A fun book with a lot of action and focus on the younger mutants picking up where Generation-X, Generation Hope, Young X-Men and New X-Men (AKA Academy X) left off.

I hate to agree with Just1Superguy because I can't stand Superman (he is a legend, but he sucks) but man he's right in an annoying way. There is just no DC news on here. I mean I like Marvel better, but it would be nice to see some diversity and not even Marvel and DC some Dark Horse and Image previews would be nice...oh well...

i liked the old xmen blue team focused books ....cyck...storm..jean...wolverine ...gambit...rogue...beast .....jubilee.......with the others coming in and out .......thats what made xmen special ...loved the jim lee ones ...and the tales and storylines better .......hate to seee how downhill its gotten ......i mean make our marvel and bring it back lol ........avengers and xmen shouldnt fight ....they should team up and fight something new and creative ......u cant really be a avenger or xmen fan without some what likeing the other .........should just make a AVENGERS-X series and have them together and make a big like secret wars storyline ....like some new race of aliens powered by this old evil hell bent on destorying earth ...type stuff reads would love something like that

linkhall@ post some. this site is run by the fans after all! :)

however you have to agree that Marvel markets their events much better than DC (execute them better as well. even if they're not good, still above whatever DC is doing.)

Justice League #10 previewed today and AvX got main, but instead of releasing an article to cover it, which would've taken 5 minutes, Just1Superguy has decided to bitch more(surprise, I know) about the Marvel bias on this user based site, you know, where users produce the articles... like he could be doing... instead of crying about it in every article.

This particular artist doesn't bother me. So did Cytorakk leave Colossus because he took on the Phoenix?
