"We'll see what happens," said Man of Steel director Zack Snyder recently when asked about whether he is already making plans to helm a follow up to next June's Man of Steel. Of course, after the commercial failure of Green Lantern, it makes sense that Warner Bros. aren't rushing ahead with a sequel despite the fact that the popularity of Superman almost guarantees that the reboot will be a hit. Talking to Digital Spy while promoting her latest film The Master, Amy Adams was also asked about whether she's signed up to return as 'Lois Lane' in future instalments. However, unlike those who agree to multi-picture deals with Marvel Studios, it doesn't sound as if the actress has done anything similar (and if she has, she's definitely not giving nothing away).
"It was very nice to go into Man of Steel and something that was really energetic and outgoing. Suddenly I'm hanging on a wire in the middle of Chicago. It was a totally different experience and very fun. I always embrace getting to go from one thing to the next."
"I haven't seen the film, I've only seen what everyone else has. I have no idea how it'll all be presented. It's all top secret!"
"I loved [the trailer], I absolutely loved it! It made me excited to see the film and I'm in it. Hopefully it's gotten Superman fans excited, too."
"I would be more than happy to jump onto a sequel but you've got to, what's the saying, don't put the cart before the horse? Don't count your chickens before they hatch. I always take things one day at a time."
