THAT should seriously be the only prestigious award this film gets. It was good, but seriously, there's nothing that special about it. Not like The Dark Knight, anyway.

One scene that comes to mind that I just loved the music was when Batman was on his Bat Bike stopped on that bridge with all the Cops closing in on him. It was fun to listen to that.

As it should be it was epic. I fel it was underused at point in the film, the Bane/Bane Batman fight would have been alot beter with some musi IMO but i guess they were going more for th equivalent of the Joker interrogation. Still an awesome scene regardless

I listen to the score everyday, listen to the last track "RISE" on full blast, brings a tear to my eye every time I hear it.

The soundtrack was good, but it was WAY too similar to the TDK soundtrack. I liked how the BB soundtrack and the TDK soundtrack both had their unique flairs, but TDKR just sounded like the TDK soundtrack with that stupid chant in it.

Like I said, it was good, but not the best one. That one still goes to TDK.

I have to admit, there's no way they could have gotten nominated for this without putting out those never before seen pictures from the movie we've all seen.

Nolan SAVED Batman...it's a proven fact. All 3 movies were extremely successful. TDKR has few issues but it still is better than 95% of movies released in this year. You insecure haters can kiss Bane's ass.Fans can kiss Anne's ass;)

Here is my top pick for "Best Score Soundtrack For Visual Media":
TinTin

The Adventures Of Tintin – The Secret Of The Unicorn by John Williams, composer

The album by John Williams (JAWS, Star Wars, Superman, ET) is destined to win this one. The album is epic.

The Artist by Ludovic Bource would be my second pick:

@ teabag

"music in a movie is important though to boost the experience"

exactly, that's why i think the artist will get it purely for the fact that its a silent movie & it needed music to help set the mood & pace of the story.

The soundtrack is the only thing really worthy of an award when it comes to TDKR.

Sadly I'd still have to give the Grammy to either Journey (amazing game, everyone play it!) or The Artist (amazing movie, everyone watch it!). TDKR score is just too similar to TDK to deserve the win with this competition.
