i was kind of hoping Damian would die. Love the character - in my top 2 Robins for sure. but i think the stories that come from that (and him inevitably coming back) would just be kick-ass

Previews are like trailers. They're cut up so that things may seem a certain way when it could be something else. Maybe I'm being optimistic but I really hope Alfred makes it through this. I'll be just as hurt as Bruce if he doesn't.

Im guessing he did kill Alfred and cut him up...this will drive and motivate batman further...

BUT we will continue to see Alfred only now it will be a virtual/holographic presence that Wayne feels he needs to have at the Batcave.

and NO they dont kill the Joker... commercially speaking they can still use a virtual Alfred, but Joker always sales so they dont kill him

I honestly feel like its either Alfred's head or his face. I'm leaning more towards his face since that seems to be the Joker's new thing. I'm hoping this story ends with the Joker's brutally violent death at the hands of Bruce. He should stay dead for at least a decade to give this story some meaning.

No shock value is putting ock in control of spideys body (yes I actually read
Superior so I'm not blindly saying that lol)

This is quality storytelling and the art is is fantastic

Kill Alfred I say...DO IT! Whatever the end is Ill support it because like I said before, this team hasn't dissappointed

Just read the issue... it is definitely not what I thought it'd be. Not entirely unguessable but not the "obvious" take I thought it'd be. Actually pretty disappointing :\ Not even pissed... just... let down.

For the last time, the faceless Joker wasn't Scott's idea to begin with. Some other guy started it way back in detective #1 and didn't know where to take the story. Scott was just working with what was there.
