Can't really tell if that's a miniature or not. I think it's the angle of the train.

if its miniature, then I believe those are some really tiny people they hired for the movie

You'd be surprised what is a miniature or not in these types of movies. But what I meant was that I didn't think it was to scale.

@MrCBM56

Hardy har-har. Clearly I opened myself up to that one, what with the lights on the side giving a sense of scale. Regardless, my point still stands that it might not be to scale.

I'm hurt of a Godzilla-sized smile because of that train pic. ITS THE FREAKING LEGENDARY TRAIN SCENE!

Do we yet know what the actual big green guy will look like in this film yet? I've seen all the concept art posted on this and a few other sites, and understand that the look will probably be the big reveal to be kept under wraps until then, but I'd love some actual shots of Godzilla itself. Now that I've said that, the train wreck set looks pretty cool.

@grif

Godzilla its going to be CGI, that's why you don't see him in any photo. Go to SDCC 2013, and you'll probably see him ;)

@Jobin
That doesn't prove anything. It's not the people that gave away that it was to scale, it was the surrounding lighting equipment. Ridley Scott used children to make the sets look bigger in Alien.

Dynamo,

Dude you're so stupid.

You're saying they used children for these scenes like how they did in Alien? Dude, children aren't even allowed to be in that position.

And just because the lights seem out of place you think it's a miniature?

Whatever comes out of your mouth is seriously full of idiocy. Stop it.

@Killkooljames and @Jobin

I conceded it was full size based on the light. And in the first post I said it couldn't tell based on a first glance. Dumb mistake but just let it go.
