Still trying to wrap my head around why they felt they needed to give this Viper powers, but ah well. She's hot.

I have a great feeling about The Wolverine. This is what XMO:Wolverine should've been.

I'm still not sure how FOX is allowed to use Madame Viper. I guess FOX worked some kind of temporary arrangement with Marvel Studios.

@Tainted I don't know either. FOX sure took the character's name literally since she could shed her skin and has a snake tongue.

And I agree, she's hot.

People are doubting this really hard, but I think this could be the superhero sleeper hit of the summer! Let's hope Ol'Canuckhead finally gets a great solo film!

Seriously, I liked Iron Man 3 okay, but it can't be worse than that.

So now Viper can ...

1. Stick out a creepy snake tongue
2. Shed her skin
3. Stick out weird little claws from her fingers

But she doesn't have..

1. Green hair
2. Scars on her face
3. Doesn't wear smoking hot skin tight green outfits.

...way to [frick] up a character

I'm a little confused that viper is even in this movie, always thought of her as an enemy of Captain America / Shield and the head of Hydra. Also can't remember her having any superpowers or being a mutant ...... did I miss something.
How the hell did Fox get the rights to use her and turn her into a mutant?

So (i know this has been stated before).. Why have they chosen to change the position on the hand where the claws retract from? Does anyone know whether the director or Hugh have explained it at all?

@Intruder....dats what I'm talkin bout!

They arlready have Wolverine in Singers next X-film which is sure to be PG-13, and will sell to the masses. This could have been a perfect opportunity for FUX to step outside the box and put out a more grimey/gory solo Wolverine film we've all been waiting to see....but no -_-

@imadonkey, No need to be sorry! Do you think i care about your "smart" comebacks? You make this fun! You obviously have nothing better to do with your life than pick on people for liking a movie that is loved all over the world??? And you say im special needs!

First class had a tight script?? And character development?? Wanna throw great acting in there too? Banshee, Havoc, Angel, Emma frost, Azazel, Riptide??? Thats great character development?? Great Acting? Im sorry i wasnt smart enough to see that :)

What else ya got

Honestly, I don't care for the X-Men films. With the expection of a couple performance I love in those films like Grammar's Beast, Green Lantern got treated with more respect than the X-Men films.

I'm a big X-fan, always have been - even before 2000. I was the target audience for the animated series proper.

What I like is that it offers variety. If you don't like Jean, maybe you'll like Storm. If you don't like Scott, maybe you'll like Wolverine. If you don't like Rogue, maybe you'll like Kitty. It could have been a million times better, of course, but it also could have been much worse.

That said, I've never cared about Wolverine, but I'll likely go see this because I have a deep appreciation for Hugh Jackman.... and Svetlana's hot.

Wouldn't you just know something is wrong and that you've been set up if you're in a laboratory setting and a sexy woman in a tight green dress start walking around and gets in your face?!? C'mon Logan, you're wildest fantasies are not about to come true...

@theSHOCKER
He was the best part of the movie, I think. And he got a lame death scene. How hard is it to teleport away, really?
LEVITIKUZ
LEVITIKUZ - 5/28/2013, 6:48 AM
First Class is far from the best. The only and I mean ONLY good thing about it was Fassbender's Magneto. None of the other performances were really that great or memorable.

X-Men 2 is still the best though.

I wish Bryan Singer would enlighten himself about how crappy he started the X-Men franchise off to be. Its so funny he didn't allow the actors to bring comic books onto the set. Let's face it....the dialogue in the X-men movies sucked big time. They're portrayal sucked even more. Wolverine had his hair all gelled up. Since when did the Canadian start using L.A. Hair gel and garnier fructis?

Singer screwed Cyclops's character...big time....no Vaseline!!

Hey you got something against garnier fructis? I use that shit daily. It allows my hair to breath and feel free when the wind blows.

Alright, while you guys complain about storylines and who screwed up what and what happens to be crap, I'm just sitting here wondering why Wolverine keeps looking like Grumpy Cat in this film. Seriously, he never made that face before and I can't stop laughing.
