Francesco Francavilla is perhaps best known for his work on titles such as the ones mentioned above, as well as his Dark Horse Comics miniseries The Black Beetle. However, the Italian comic book artist has now provided his unique take on seven minimalist posters for the first season of AMC's Breaking Bad (with each representing an episode of the show). This is probably the only time we'll see the hit series - which comes to an end this August - interpreted by a comic book artist, so be sure to check the posters out below and sound off with your thoughts on them in the usual place!

I was hooked on this show...however the 'Breaking Bad Buzz' has dimmed during this large break between the last season. I'm sure i'll love it when it starts up again for the finale, but with only a handful of episodes left, is the wait worth it? I don't see the benefit of splitting a season in half....especially the final one. Sure the last episode was a cliffhanger leaving me wanting more, but that 'buzz' as i mentioned has passed now.

Hopefully everything will be restored after the first episode, and i'm begging for the next one.

Can't wait for the show to come back. Only 2 months to go. By the way, these posters are awesome!

@ getsugatensho22, I don't believe you. The cliffhanger at the end of season 3 was probably the most intense "what's gonna happen next" ending. There is no way you just decoded to call it quits after season 3. Besides season 4 was the best most intense season yet. No bullshit.

Im a die hard Breaking Bad fan, Im addicted to the show but I agree, splitting the final season into 2 was a dumb and with such a massive in between break (almost a year)...but the last 8 episodes (IMO) were the best of the series...I need to know how it all ends for Mr. White and gang.
@GetsugaTensho22: Season 4 and the first half of season 5 were one of the best in the whole series...youre missing out big time dude.
