When thirteen satellites fall from the sky in one day, the logical suspect is Lex Luthor—even though he’s still locked up in prison! But a stranger question remains: If Superman didn’t stop the last satellite from falling, who did? There’s a mystery hidden where even Superman can’t see it—Can The Man of Steel drag a decades-old secret into the light? Don’t miss the debut of this red-hot new series from two of comics’ brightest superstars: SCOTT SNYDER and JIM LEE! This debut issue also includes a bonus two-sided, tipped-in poster measuring 11.6875” x 18.875” that is part of the reading experience and can be easily removed for display!

Wow I'm loving Snyder's writing *.*
His attention to detail in lore and a location's history in Batman was amazing but it looks like he's done it again

Lee will probably get a good 6-8 issues in and then hand the reins to someone else. Given his position in DC's hierarchy, that makes sense.

I'm a supes fan from way back but haven't read any new 52 yet. What's the story with his suit these days? Did Ma Kent make that? The soles of his boots are ... interesting. I know I could just google all this stuff, but 1 more obvious question - does he still wear that (collar & all) under his normal clothes?

Superman looks way older in the interior art than he does on the cover.

Matter of fact look at how huge is forearms are!
Reminds me of Jim Cheung's variant cover for Iron Man #5

All nitpicking aside - I'll be picking this up

So even the soles of his boots are armored..ugg.
DC needs to adopt the Man Of Steel movie suit.

Hell,Marvel made their characters look like the movie versions, why not follow suit.
Get it? I said,"suit".
I'm do damn clever it hurts.

@sameoldthing, because movies and comics are a separate continuity. Sure, movies are great but we don't want them intruding on our comics.

Will definitely be picking this up tomorrow. Is this an actual ongoing series? Or is it like a limited series with only like, 10 issues?

Definitely going to get this. The only New 52 Superman I've read is Justice League (I heard most of New 52 Superman wasn't that good) But Snyder and Lee shouldn't disappoint.

Ditch the collar, add longer trunks that end at the mid thigh.
