UPDATE: TWILIGHT Actress Mackenzie Foy Joins The Cast Of Christopher Nolan's INTERSTELLAR

Following the news earlier today that Christopher Nolan had chosen Homeland actor Timothee Chalamet for an undisclosed role in his upcoming sci-fi flick Interstellar, it has now been revealed that Twilight actress Mackenzie Foy has also joined the cast of the movie.

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Mackenzie Foy - who played the daughter of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's characters in the final two instalments of the Twilight franchise - has joined the cast of Christopher Nolan's Interstellar. As with the plot, her role is being kept under wraps, but with an upcoming turn in highly anticipated horror movie The Conjuring, this is an extremely impressive addition to the young actresses resume. Earlier today, it was revealed that Timothee Chalamet has been cast in the film. Foy joins an incredible lineup of stars which includes Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Casey Affleck and Michael Caine. Interstellar will be shot in IMAX and is currently set for release on November 7th, 2014.

UPDATE: The Wrap has revealed that Academy Award Winning actress Ellen Burstyn (Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, Requiem for a Dream) has also joined the cast of the movie.

I'm sorry, but the Twilight franchise was shit; and the fact that she was in the last two horrid movies, which I saw the breaking dawn part 1 out of boredom, worries me about her acting. But I still have faith in Christopher Nolans decision.
