In the following interview with Total Film, Kevin Feige reveals that the final scene of the movie - in which it's revealed that Loki is masquerading as Odin in order to be the new King of Asgard - was planned from the very start, but does reveal that quite a few scenes were added during reshoots. One of those includes the opening of the movie in which the God of Mischief is brought before Odin and sentenced to the dungeons.
