I can dig Batmaniac's statement, that way they can run into each other like Data and Lor for any TNG fans out there.

It seems being in his subconscious made him gain some weight LOL...at least they didn't make him paper thin skinny! He was just building up for his great comeback!

Wonder what will happen with Otto. I don't know why but I imagine Peter will inherit Otto's genius, although that would mean Otto still swimming in Pete's subconscious. But there WILL be some side effects on Peter that's for sure. Give the old Otto a body, and name him "Arachnid" (refference of 8 limbs)

These two issues are the real proof that Marvel is no more able to produce new good stories for Spiderman and almost every comicbook they do. They are finishing what was arguably the worst comic book story for Spiderman and taking the easy way out with a relaunch telling the same old origin tale that we all knew. Poor Spiderman.

By the way, I love the respect that Alexx Ross give to John Romita design's, just great, hopefully Marvel can learn something from this great artist.

@Bl00dwerK I think you mean to say a whole lot better.

Doc Ock as Peter Parker was nothing more than a gimmick. Dan Slott knew right from the start he would have the real Peter Parker return in time for TASM2.

Some comic book writers write controversial stories just to sell more comics.

Otto was 10 times more interesting than Parker. It's about to be another 50 years of the same ol shenanigans. I guess I'll find me another DC Comic to replace this one.

If Peter ends up throwing away the superior outfit I hope he at least wears it in the final superior comic. And YESS. Doc ock was an awsome spidey. I remember the very first issue of doc ock becoming spidey and it made my flesh crawl, but now he's a badass cool character. Now Peter is finally back

@ bluedude

Apparently being dead for a while makes you have to relearn certain bodily functions...like using the bathroom. Because you're right. It looks like he's packing a diaper under that costume.
