STAR WARS EPISODE VII Cast Isn't Complete Yet; Another Major Female Role Left

When the cast for Star Wars Episode VII was announced earlier today, some fans were disappointed to not see a larger female presence. Well, they'll be glad to hear that J.J. Abrams hasn't finished casting for the movie and an actress is being sought to fill a major role...

According to The Hollywood Reporter, J.J. Abrams has another "substantial" role to fill in Star Wars Episode VII, despite the main cast being announced by Disney and Lucasfilm earlier today. No further details are known at this point, but it's possible that they're still looking for the young mixed-race female who some sites originally claimed was a descendant of Obi-Wan Kenobi. 12 Years a Slave star Lupita Nyong'o and relative unknown Maisie Richardson-Sellers were mentioned not too long ago, so don't expect those casting rumours to come to an end just yet!

Lupita pleeeeeeeeeaaaassssssse!!!!! Oh so the female isn't a main core chcrater it seems?? Really??!! Come on Abrams. Hopefully she isn't like that blonde scientist Alice eve chick in Star Trek 2 who was relegated to being in her bra and panties for no reason.

Everyone needs to see Attack The Block. If the rumor of Boyega being the lead is true, everyone needs to know the movie is in good hands.

"some fans were disappointed to not see a larger female presence."

Um, we got a pretty large presence in Fisher...

Another one, maybe Fisher ate the other female?

Ok, I'm done, last jokes I'll make...truly, I am only joking, please don't get bent by it...Fisher back is great news for SW fans...

Daddario is a terrible fricking actress, she is the hottest thing in the entire world but she sucks at acting so bad and I can never take her serious, Percy Jackson she was terrible.. In White collar she is terrible and everything else

@SpiderManFan54

She was okay in True Detective, which is the only thing I have seen her in. Yes, there was THAT reason, but her acting was pretty good too.

I agree, I'm mainly trying to say that we need to see more than one good role before we typecast her as every female character under the sun

Btw, exactly how many rumors did Latino Review and/or el Mayimbe put up about Star Wars that have now proved wrong? And don't give me that he got Harrison Ford right. Anyone with a brain knew that would happen.
