Twentieth Century Fox have officially released the clip shown at the end of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 as we see Mystique recruit Havok and a new team of mutants from Vietnam after taking down a young William Stryker. Do you recognise any of the cameos here? Check it out!

OK....that SUCKED...I have to look back to Dukes of Hazzard to find a scene were 9 guys stand around and watch until they get attacked...jez..that was bad. HORRIBLE Choreographing..jez. When she puts the dude in the headlock with her legs (i volunteer) the three dudes right there just watch. Three trained mercenaries standing there like gomer pyle..

This was the only way to get Marc Webb to direct this film since he had a movie deal with Fox at this time so they had to plaster this on the end of the film to get him back. I know I am on the minority here on this but I don't find Jennifer Lawrence to be an amazing actress and how they are expanding Mystique's role in these movies purely for her.

Marc Webb was under contract with Fox, but Sony wanted him for Spider-Man. Fox agreed as long as Sony was willing to promote X-Men free of charge.

So basically this movie is the same thing as X2.

Mystique infiltrating Stryker's base again.

Eric and Xavier pissing over who's right again.

Wolverine dominating the story again.

Singer looks like one trick pony

Please First Class she was the main character behind Prof X and Magneto they expanded her character to be massively important and Singer has already shown he doesn't care for the comic books. He banned X-men comic books from the set because he wanted it his way Hugh Jackman himself said this in an Entertainment Weekly article.

Is it just me seeing things, or does Ink actually have the Phoenix Force Symbol tattoed over his eye??? That might give him powers similar to Dark Phoenix right? Anyone knows if he has any other tattoo's besides that and the ill-making biohazard symbol?

I don't remember mentioning any other movies. But in DOFP, she is the leader of the new Brotherhood and responsible for the murder of Senator Kelly which is the event that begins the entire dystopian storyline...

I have very little faith that Sentinels or Trask get any real burn in this film based on the trailers.

They will just be a foil so we can replicate the X2 mutants united theme. Yawn.

Considering the sentinels are created to hunt and kill all mutants, and Stryker wanted to kill all mutants, you are surprisingly right that the plot involves killing all mutants. But that's the only similarity in the plot by the looks of the trailers...
