According to The Hollywood Reporter, Reg E. Cathey will play Dr. Storm in The Fantastic Four, the scientist father or Johnny (Michael B. Jordan) and Sue (Kate Mara). This could be yet another indication that the reboot will follow the Ultimate line of comics, which saw him portrayed as a scientist who devoted his life towards the establishment of the Baxter Building think tank in Manhattan. Cathey is best known for starring in Banshee, House of Cards and The Wire. Miles Teller plays Mr. Fantastic, Jamie Bell is set to star as The Thing and Toby Kebbell will be Doctor Doom. The most interesting part of this casting is what it means for the relationship between Sue and Johnny. Half-brother and sister? Is Sue adopted? Sound off with your thoughts below!

Whatever happens in this thread don't put me in it cause I like Marvel too. It's just that everyone is ganging up on Fox, Sony, and WB like they haven't made a good or great comic book film.

Because them being adopted violates the source material in such sacred ways.

Guess adopted siblings can't love each other or be as close as biological siblings according to people here.
