In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady's uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise. The addition of this legendary vehicle, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Batman Arkham series, offers gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and soar across the skyline of the entirety of Gotham City. Be The Batman.

@LEOSTRATOR

It's single player duel-play, you can switch between Batman and his allies for certain missions.

Hi I am @GentlemanlyBatman, I write edgy comment to show I don't like Batman, because everybody else does. I am different and kewl.

One of my online friends said that his brother who works at rocksteady said, "this is the best Batman game ever and one of the best games ever made."

This game takes place what, only 3 years after AA?

My, have they changed lol. Gordon might have actually got younger. That's the only gripe I have with this game. I don't like how some of the character designs are so different than the previous games. The same thing happened in Arkham City for Batman. His face looked different than AA.

Cant wait to play this. Im a big fan of the Batman Arkham games. Arkham city was great. Im excited to drive the Batmobile and hopefully Poisan Ivy has more of a story in this one than City. And the Harley Quinn and Robin mode for the PS4 is exciting to play. My most anticipated game of the year.

A lot of similarities to Arkham Asylum just in this trailer, which is pretty cool. Kind of ties the trilogy all together.

Hopefully you'll have to actually defeat Poison Ivy, though. Otherwise using Ivy in the first place will seem like a disappointment.

@Darktower

If they are shorter, then it's something that I wouldn't pay much mind too. The Gotham in Arkham Knight looks like the Gotham you partly saw in Arkham City than in Arkham Origins. To me, AO and Assault and Arkham never felt like the same continuity as the Rocksteady trilogy anyways, so it's not an issue.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939

My biggest gripe is the look for Gordon too. But, I do find it reasonable that they just couldn't transfer that look to Gordon unto the new engine.

And with Batman, he does seem to be completely clean shaven in this game unless we see otherwise throughout the game,but that's probably why Bats looks younger.

Nightwing robin or catwoman better be playable in this game, or im gonna be pissed.

@Mike89 They are all playable, even Harley Quinn with pro-order. Also you can do dual play where you switch back and forth between characters in 1 player mode a la Lego Marvel Super Heroes

As tempting as it is, I think I'm going to hold off on watching any more gameplay.
But I'm gonna thumbs it up anyway, because any Arkham Knight news is good news.

Sad there will never be another comic book base game as good as the Batman:Arkham series.

@unknownfacts

you don't know that yet. Untill now it's the best, but there might be a amazing comicbook game. I always liked the Spiderman Games, web-slinging through New-York and stuff like that. But yeah they should make more of these kind of games.
