Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy expands the Marvel Cinematic Universe into the cosmos, where brash adventurer Peter Quill finds himself the object of an unrelenting bounty hunt after stealing a mysterious orb coveted by Ronan, a powerful villain with ambitions that threaten the entire universe. To evade the ever-persistent Ronan, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with a quartet of disparate misfits–Rocket, a gun-toting raccoon, Groot, a tree-like humanoid, the deadly and enigmatic Gamora and the revenge-driven Drax the Destroyer. But when Peter discovers the true power of the orb and the menace it poses to the cosmos, he must do his best to rally his ragtag rivals for a last, desperate stand - with the galaxy’s fate in the balance. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is presented by Marvel Studios and stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket, Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gilian, Djimon Hounsou with John C. Movie looks fantastic. The only thing i can't get around is i don't see Drax. I see Bautista.

Shouldve given him some prosthetics or makeup that makes him look more alien and less steroids.

Holy shit that's siiiick! I'm so excited for this movie!

On another note, off topic really, I just read the thread where John Byrne talks about the problem of not enough black characters in CBMs and just slapping a black face on it to appease the masses is just hurting the real problem of a lack of unique strong black characters.

DAMN it was good. I suggest everybody take a peak at that article. Made me really think.

After all we've seen so far I can only repeat that Peter Quill/Star-Lord has a good shot at becoming my personal favourite MCU character! :D




Ronan... I need to at least hear Pace before I can really say anything. But he doesn't look bad at all.

i can't wait to finally see Yondu because i'm guessing that's when we will start to see merchandise for him.

and yes he does have merchandise. so far the only one i know of (which has no pics yet) is a Toys R Head exclusive...i think it was Lego if i remember correctly.

I dont like the soles of the boots.
I especially dont like the pf flyer fronts on ronins boots .

but I am cool with the rest of the outfits.

I doubt the cameras will be focusing on the anyway..
