Almost two months after its August summer debut, Guardians of the Galaxy is still racking up big dollars at the box office. According to the Gitesh Pandya among others, the James Gunn-directed Marvel venture has domestically grossed an estimated total of $319.2, as of Sunday. Which means Guardians is now the 33rd highest-grossing movie of all-time in the United States, and third highest at Marvel Studios. That's right, it has finally surpassed Iron Man, as well as the first Transformers and Harry Potter movies. That is quite a milestone, and it won't end there. Globally, the space epic has earned $644.3 which nears Thor: The Dark World's $644.8. What do you think?
