Principal photography on Suicide Squad continued last night on the streets of Toronto, where the many stars Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Scott Eastwood, Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), with Adam Beach (Slipknot), Karen Fukuhara (Katana), and Jay Hernandez (El Diablo) all returned to the set in their supervillain costumes. Check out more of Task Force X in action below via new photos and videos, as well as some promising thoughts from Suicide Squad writer/director David Ayer.

"It's just so exciting to bring a show like this to the street and get out in the real world with the real people" said David Ayer during an exclusive interview with Entertainment City on-set yesterday. "I'm all about real drama, real performance, and real people, so my twist on this is I'm creating a family a brotherhood here. I'm creating a very real chemistry and I have this incredible ensemble of actors led by Will Smith, who are basically playing dimensional characters with lives and souls." Ayer then said that working with the actors is so far the most gratifying aspect of directing the highly-anticipated DC Comics adaptation. "When you feel the performance come through, and the chemistry come through, that can't be beat," he added. What do you think?

Directed by David Ayer from his script, Suicide Squad stars Will Smith (Deadshot), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Jared Leto (the Joker), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Jai Courtney (Boomerang),
Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Cara Delevingne (Enchantress), Jessie Eisenberg (Lex Luthor), and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), with Raymond Olubawale (King Shark), Jay Hernandez, Ike Barinholtz, Jim Parrack, Adam Beach, and Scott Eastwood. The film releases on August 5, 2016!

I think I'm just not a big Will Smith fan, I think that's what it is

I need a trailer

@dethpillow

Exactly man, exactly.

I think I like how Killer Croc is looking though, he could have some really cool scenes in this movie. Wondering how this movie will play out after Batman v Superman....

But, yeah, Will Smith is Will Smith, even the face he's making there, that's a Will Smith face.... I'm happy you understand, ha

Definitely, I need a trailer

These group shots are glorious. Loving how Harley Quinn is just standing there with seemingly no [frick]s given. This shit needs to be here

@MrBlackJack we can still use bold, italics and blockquotes... just no links to post videos, images, gifs...

Wait a minute, [frick] you.

I already know I'm going to love the dynamic (especially if it's anything like Fury) and David Ayer seems to have the personalities down. Seriously can't wait, this is going to be wicked.

Yeah man, exactly.

I need to see this in action, and The Joker, because Leto can definitely pull off the Joker but that picture was just wrong on so many levels. But, maybe in action it could work, or maybe Leto will pull it off so well that the looks won't really matter

And, Ayer is good. If this reminds me of anything, it's Training Day, he directed that too. I can definitely see that influence

I don't know if that's a good thing though....

Training Day isn't what I had in mind for Suicide Squad

Exactly.

And, Marvel rocks, I mean they really rock, haha.

I really want to see where they take the DCCU too

But, The MCU is where it's at, all their movies are quality, and they really do bring the comics to life in a lot of different ways.... I saw Age of Ultron 2 times, I will see it a third, and I keep finding something new in that movie. A lot of Marvel movies are like that for me

"Edge" is going to be new "dark" and "Gritty".

I just hope this film isn't Will Smith-centric. This has to be an ensemble film.

I think Harley wants herself some Rick Flagg. The way she looks at him, screams "man-meat".
