Find Out Where Tom Holland's 'Peter Parker' Will Be Seen In CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR

If you are a bit eager to know a tiny bit more about Peter Parker aka Spider-Man's (Tom Holland) introduction to the Marvel Cinematic Universe next year by way of Captain America: Civil War, hit the jump to find out an intriguing setting for at least one of his scenes in the movie.

Ever since Tom Holland landed the coveted role of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man, there have been several indications that the wall-crawling superhero will have much more than a cameo when he appears in Captain America: Civil War next year. It was recently revealed that the actor shot scenes in both Atlanta, Georgia, and Leipzig, Germany, where the Marvel Studios production is currently wrapping up its final week. There is even a credible rumor that Spidey will get at least one big "dorky" fight scene in the highly-anticipated (and superhero-packed) Captain America threequel

Though we still don't know everything about the beloved Web-Slinger's Marvel Cinematic Universe debut next year, the latest bit of info may have revealed a surprising setting of one of his Civil War scene(s). According to a recent report by 11 Alive News, Marvel had rented out furniture from a famous prop shop in Atlanta, Georgia, to fill "scenes inside Peter Parker's bedroom." So, amid the battle between Captain America, Iron Man, the Avengers and other evil forces, as well as the introduction of Black Panther, Captain America: Civil War will see Peter Parker in his NYC(?) home.

Perhaps, this adds some credence to reports that actress Marisa Tomei will debut as Peter Parker's Aunt May in Captain America: Civil War before she and Tom Holland reprise the roles in the standalone Jon Watts-directed Spider-Man movie set for release July 28, 2017.  What do you think?
Directed by Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely, Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) leads the new team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain. Starring Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Chadwick Boseman, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, Frank Grillo, William Hurt, and Martin Freeman, Captain America: Civil War is set for release on May 6, 2016.

Seriously though, I'm dying to see how Spidey factors into things in Civil War. I can't imagine cutting away from all the superhero action to suddenly focus on Peter and Aunt May in their little NYC apartment. I just want to know what his very first appearance will be and the context around that, then everything else will probably fall into place.

...Or we could just wait for the movie. Either one.

I'd like to see Spider-Man make a couple appearances throughout the film early on, followed by a scene with Tony Stark as he discovers his identity, which leads into a scene of Peter in his room as he's called downstairs by Aunt May because there's a visitor. Peter comes downstairs and sees Tony at the door, and he starts freaking out because Tony is his idol, while Tony is confused that Spider-Man is just a kid. He invites Peter to... wherever Tony lives now, and he gives him his new suit, and he becomes part of his team before joining Cap's side. That's just how I would do it.

Can't wait to see how Spidey plays into this. So many plot threads being interwoven.

1) THE WINTER SOLIDER conclusion
2) Ross shepherding the act/government oversight that divides Cap and Stark
3) Black Panther fed up with the Avengers' shit.
4) Winter Soldier and his ties to Tony Stark (THERE'S BEEN A MURDAH!), Cap (obv) and potentially Black Panther.
5) Zemo's grand plans, likely lurking in the shadows.
6) Maybe Thunderbolt Ross forms the Thunderbolts (that ego) with Zemo, not knowing that Daniel Bruhl is one crazy mother[frick]er.
7) Cap bites the bullet? Arrested? CIVIL WAR will play out through the rest of Phase 3.
8) Spideyyyyyyyyyyy

I've suggested this before but here it goes, I think there should be a scene where Cap visits Peter's house because he was tipped off about a meta-human and he needs help, little does he know that the Spider-Man is actually a teenager and when he catches Peter maybe in costume with no mask it becomes a revelation for both of them and they have a sit down and talk. I'm no screenwriter, so forgive me if it sounds cheesy or stupid, the right elements are there, they can just move it around because I feel like Peter idolizing Cap, along with the whole theme of, "with great power comes great responsibility" I think there is a beautiful moment waiting between the two characters considering they were both bullied, they both care about their morals deeply, and were both thrust into this "superhero" lifestyle, but they just want to help people in need and not be a pawn. Also, the transitioning between a meek, young, nice boy into a super human that could abuse their power but chose not to, I think there is some serious relating traits between them. And, the scene can be fairly quick, and the rest can just be action and banter between his team mates, he doesn't need too many scenes considering this already has a ton of characters when it is cap-centric, plus his movie will come out a year later.

@gusto really?! I would've thought you would prefer a scene where Aunt May walks in on Tony putting the stones to Peter

I love gambling on the Little League World Series. There's just something magical about going to a bar and yelling at the kids on TV about how much they suck and how disappointed their parents should be.

@gusto

Or, what if Tony walks in on Aunt May putting the stones to Tony, and that's how Peter didn't lose his only Uncle when Ben died.

Then in a post-credits sequence, Thanos shows up and takes Aunt May's Stones, because they are actually the Time and Soul Stones. And that's how Civil War ties into the Thanos arc

With so many characters 3 is what is needed. And no I am not trolling, I personally felt there was some film left on the cutting room floor for AOU.

I just want a really good movie.

I'm still going with my theory that Peter Parker is an intern at Stark Industries and that's how Tony comes across him and how he recruits him to "Team Stark"

If there were enough villains for it and Suicide Squad wasn't already happening, a Thunderbolts movie spun off from this film would be cool. They could be led by Ross, but the only potential members that come to mind are Abomination, Absorbing Man & maybe Winter Soldier?

DrDoom is correct on this. The running time always includes the end credits or even credits before the movie.

Marvel need to go the LOTR running time routes (Maybes even the Extended Edition routes) for their bigger blockbusters / Avengers or 'Avenger-esque' type films, I say 'Avenger-esque' because well, Civil War isn't really missing many bar Hulk & Thor & even then it's been rumoured Ruffalo has been seen with the cast.

Solo movies or Movies featuring between about 6 - 8 Main characters can get away with around the 2 hour / 2 & a half hour mark or should be sufficient enough time.

Avengers / Civil War / Big Team Up movies need to be 3 hours & above, as long as you have engaging enough material audiences don't mind sitting on their Ass for a long period of time.
