Good choice. The Titanic score was amazing, hopefully he'll be just as good when/if he composes TASM.

@ TheGODDAMNSUPERGUY

i think its got a chance of out grossing the avengers & the dark knight rises.

1.shot in 3d look at transformers 3

2.spider-man is probably the most well known & popular character in the world.

3.kids love spider-man

4.spider-man 3 took $890,000,000 & is considered the worse of the movies.

5.the lizard a classic spidey foe that we've never seen before on the big screen.

I put James Horner right up there with John Williams, Hans Zimmer, Danny Elfman, and James Newton Howard. Great choice for the film.

@grif... so did a horse eat dog shit, then re-shit it out, or did said horse have a bowel transplant and the donor happened to be a dog? See, you can't insult things without elaborating, because it just raises more questions like that.

Wonderful. That means we can have Peter Parker dealing with all that teen angst and Celine Dion singing in the background. :-P Kidding...relax...take a deep breath...

@ jazzman

transformers 3 was the first film i've seen in 3d,afterwards i was like i can't wait to see the amazing spider-man in 3d.

granted kids love spider-man & batman equally, but batman is more darker & violent so that might put parents off taking kids to that.

things might change when the younglings see the trailer for the avengers, but i don't think the general public know at the moment what the previous films are building to.

we'll have ta wait & see what happens in 2012.

movies make most of their money in the first two weeks anyway so TDKR is almost irrelvent to ASM.
