The first official trailer has been released for crime thriller Alex Cross, based on the novel Cross by James Patterson, in addition to a one-sheet poster. Although not your typical comic book adaptation, The Fast and the Furious director Rob Cohen helms the film, directing Tyler Perry as the titular detective, and a screenplay by Marc Moss. Check out the trailer via Amazon and one-sheet via IMP Awards below.

As Cross closes in on the killer, he discovers evidence that points to the unimaginable- a revelation that can change everything.
