Kat Dennings Discreetly Talks THOR: THE DARK WORLD
Without saying much at all, a recent interview with Kat Dennings questions the ‘Darcy’ actress of Thor: The Dark World about returning for the Marvel sequel, and what's different this time around.
Kat Dennings couldn't offer much when Metro asked the actress about reprising her role as the comic-relief ‘Darcy’ in the Marvel sequel, Thor: The Dark World. The 2 Broke Girls star did, however, offer brief preconceived thoughts about how the Alan Taylor-directed film will differ from the first.
“I can’t tell you a lot,” Dennings said. “I don’t know exactly what they’re releasing, so I’m not sure what I’m allowed to say. And if I say the wrong thing, I’m going to probably be assassinated,” she joked, referring to the ‘snipers’ that other Marvel actors have made countless mentions of. More earnestly, Dennings continued, “The experience has been fantastic. I think the atmosphere of this movie is going to feel a lot more authentic for fans. I think that will be really cool.”
Not much is known regarding Dennings’ role and how much screen time will be spent on earth in Thor: The Dark World. Though, filming coverage last year revealed prominence of a character, named Ian Boothby played by Jonathan Howard, believed to be Darcy's new boyfriend in the sequel.
