With the time travel aspect of the Terminator series there is no need for a reboot. This feels lazy with a lack of creativity.

Just move on Hollywood, stop rebooting old series or continuing the ones that don't need too(terminator franchise ends on 2, the first 2 are PERFECT action movies).

Reboot? WTF? Just continue the post Apocalypse stuff, but update it to be like the beginning of the first two films. With plasma beams and dark skies and the like. Rebooting the franchise is a stupid move.

this is a reboot of a reboot and didnt they already established in T3 that no matter how many times who attempt to alter the future, there are certain things that are destined to happen. Can we have Doctor Who explain a time paradox to these dumba$$es?

That is a bit weird that they're rebooting with the same actor instead of just making another sequel.

As I understand it it's not really a reboot. It is supposedly taking place in the 50s and Skynet is going to go after Sara's parents or grandparents. Arnold is rumored to NOT being a robot/cyborg but human in the movie

I'm not going to throw a fit over "plans" for a reboot. Why not wait for detailed information! As information is released and turns out good, then see it; if it's shit, then don't see it - simple.

just because its a rebooted standalone trilogy dosent mean there totally starting again, there just doing a standalone trilogy like star wars will do after the next three, could be cool seeing something more futuristic, more action and less focused on connor
