Showcasing what could be Star-Lord's mask, Drax the Destroyer's daggers and some other movie props, Marvel's booth now features a Guardians of the Galaxy display guarded by Nova Corps officers!

“Guardians of the Galaxy,” the next epic adventure from Marvel Studios, is directed by James Gunn from his screenplay, with a story by Nicole Perlman and Gunn, and the film will introduce audiences to a whole new side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The all-star cast includes Chris Pratt as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Karen Gillan as Nebula, two-time Academy Award nominee Djimon Hounsou as Korath, Academy Award® winner Benicio del Toro as The Collector, Academy Award nominee John C. Reilly as Rhomann Dey, and six-time Academy Award nominee Glenn Close as Nova Prime. Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” is slated for August 1, 2014!

It looks great guys! So I'm now assuming that the Guardians will appear in Phase 3 "Avengers 3" to help alongside the Avengers.

I was also wondering about how Ultron will be introduced before the Ant-Man movie??? :O

Perhaps they will elaborate more on Hank's job working for shield within the film? It just dawned on me this morning after all the hype left my body! lol

That most definitely is the Nova Corps. Garb, DCMarvelFreshman.

On the shoulders they have the insignia that's on the helmet and on the chest they have the 3 circles, which is traditional to the Nova Corps. costume as seen below.



I think it would be safe to confirm it as our first look at the Nova Corps. Outfit, or at least a variation.

@92Marvel, You might onto something, but the props are adjacent to the characters behind them, so I'm guessing each of those props are the weapons they use. I'm guess it's a grenade.

@Marauder no I think that's the thing the talk about in the trailer that star lord was stealing a plasma ball and in the trailer the said he walking into an ancient alien temple and in the avengers age of ultron they said you see a man walk out a alien temple I'm thinking they lied about there not been crossovers

I think there will be a cross over cause in the gotg trailer they said he was walking into a alien temple and in the avengers age of ultron they said there a shadow of a man walking out of a alien temple I bet they lied about not been any crossovers.
