First CAPTAIN AMERICA 2 Trailer Attached To THOR 2?
As if you needed another reason to go see Thor: The Dark World, the head of Disney's Russian division has reportedly confirmed the first trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be attached.
With Thor: The Dark World just a little over a month from its much-anticipated fall release, Marvel/Disney's promotional efforts are slowly but surely kicking into high gear, especially in the coming weeks. But during a recent Cinema Expo in Russia, a highly expected marketing jolt for the upcoming sequel was reportedly revealed. According to Kinopoisk.ru (via Twitter's @AidarSM), the director of marketing for Walt Disney in Russia, Helen Brody, confirmed the first trailer for next summer's Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be attached to Thor: The Dark World. Of course, the teaser will likely be online prior to November 7, especially considering The Dark World opens first internationally. But the trailer will get its first theatrical run with the Chris Hemsworth-starrer, which could give the film a tiny boost in ticket sales if the Marvel brand isn't enough. After all, early word on Captain America: The Winter Soldier is the Russo brothers have "knocked it out of the park." What do you think?
