Marvel’s “Thor: The Dark World” continues the big-screen adventures of Thor, the Mighty Avenger, as he battles to save Earth and all the Nine Realms from a shadowy enemy that predates the universe itself. In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all. I like Jane. She's a scientist so, she in a way serves a point. Only problem is their relationship has slightly more development than Clark and Lois.

If this is Marvels idea of promoting Thor 2 it's not really exciting. Let alone promising. I suspect that after their huge campaign for IM3 drained a lot out of Marvel Studios and Mr. Feige. Not to mention some of the movie actually disappointed their fans (especially the die hards). So why promote Thor with tv clips? I'd say its because the marketing interest in Thor isn't as big as IM. Considering IM3 was a billion dollar hit (surprisingly). But hopefully they'll start doing some bigger stuff in the coming 2 weeks.

@MI2 just said the most insanely idiotic thing of the day. Marvel studios and feige are not promoting their movie (which cost millions of dollars to make) because they are.....wait for it...tired??? Because of the last movie? Lol shut up. Just because u on ur computer chair who checks the site from time to time and doesn't see "enough" thor news on the news feed to give u confidence doesnt mean they are not promoting the hell outa the movie around the WORLD! (Run on sentence but whatever).News flash...the world extends beyond this great website :O. Now that may come as a shock to most so take ur time...

Thor vs Kurse needs to be epic

Hints leading into Avengers 2

Don't kill Malekith

Malekith must be badass villain

Less focus on Loki and more on Thor

Don't overdo the humor plz

Don't turn Loki into a good guy


A good story

Have some great battle scenes

Develop Sif more in this movie

All that can make me very happy with this movie

It's a comic book movie, they going to plz the kids first then adults.
It's not a bad thing at all.
These comic book characters that y'all love when y'all was a kid and I think ppl always went these movies to be something like Watchmen and plus adults but the bottom line is that these movies out made mostly for kids but also still please fans of the older generation
