After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy — the Winter Soldier. Starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Georges St-Pierre, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp and Maximiliano Hernández with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is directed by the team of Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay written by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely and is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing the film. Executive producers on the project include Alan Fine, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo and Stan Lee. The creative production team on the film includes director of photography Trent Opaloch, production designer Peter Wenham, editors Jeffrey Ford, A.C.E. and Mary Jo Markey, A.C.E. and three time Oscar®-nominated costume designer Judianna Makovsky. “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” is set for release on April 4, 2014.

I like The WS ones. What happened to Stephen Amell the face paint mask on the WS w/o. He looks so creepy with it.

Omg typing on iphone sux. I meant the WS figure w/o the goggles doesn't have that face paint similar tk what Stephen Amell wears as Arrow. These figures are so cute and cool at the same time.

I've already seen the 3.75 inch figures in stores by me and the winter soldier figure is the best looking one so far. Despite the fact that there is no posing with the figures and they come with gigantic weapons, but his design looks really cool.

It's my birthday on March 22. I'm just saying it... It's not like I want these great Cap figures...

I'll have to show them to my stepdad, tell him how awesome they are. I think he will get the message...

I can't believe I want the Captain America one so much. And the Hot Toys figures look amazing as usual.

@TheDarkPhoenix Ha ha, trying to drop hints, huh?

My birthday is on February 17th. If you buy me the Cap Funko figure for me, I'll buy you one for your birthday. ;P

Joking aside, I was looking up the prices for these, which aren't up yet, but the superhero figures usually cost around $11 each. And these ones will be released February 28th. I'm sure you stepdad will think that's pretty reasonable for your birthday. :)

Now, the Hot Toys figures, those will be around $200 each. I wasn't sure if you were thinking about asking him for those too.

Those look beautiful, specially in those transparent acrylic boxes with lights and all.

My humble home is not worthy of such beautiful figures.

@mgroff88 Well I was actually talking about Hot Toys. We have a very big collection with my stepdad, but we don't have many Funko, he doesn't really like them. We only have some Avengers and JL that I bought because I found them cute! He doesn't have a problem at spending that much money, especially when it comes to Hot Toys, collectible statues and old comics. We have a collection from the 70s until today and I hope my descedants will keep this collection and keep adding stuff forever. I don't like bragging about it, but it's a very good collection! Taneleer Tivan beware!!!

The problem is when my mum learns how much we spend on these things and then she gets mad at both of us. She isn't wrong but it's our guilty pleasure!
