So what exactly does Harrison Ford think about the concept of a "Cowboys and Aliens" movie? According to him, "its the type of movie people will see more than once".

Speaking with BANG Showbiz, the Indiana Jones actor had this to say about the movie and working with Daniel Craig.

The 68-year-old ‘Morning Glory’ star told BANG Showbiz: “It seems to be the kind of movie people go to these days more than once. I’m delighted to be involved in one of those and I think everyone involved did a bang-on job.

“It was wonderful working with Daniel Craig who is a funny, smart guy and the director Jon Favreau who did the two ‘Iron Man’ films.”

The ‘Indiana Jones’ veteran added that he enjoyed filming scenes on horseback and hinted that his role is similar to his ‘Morning Glory’ character Mike Pomeroy, who is a “grumpy old man”.

He said: “It’s a very different kind of movie and I was very happy to do it – and it was great to be outside the whole time on a horse. and I play a grumpy old man in that as well.”

A brand new Cowboys and Aliens Trailer will air during the super bowl on February, 16. The movie also stars Olivia Wilde, Sam Rockwell, and Clancy Brown and is scheduled for a July 2011 release.

See more than once? We can all attest that we've all seen Star Wars a bazillion times, as well as Indy. Can't wait for this one. ;P

If America had a system of Knighthood, this man would have been honored with it a long time ago. This man is an icon.

@RorMachine

100% correct. disrespect for harrison ford equals immediate deportation elsewhere. you can question his acting choices or whatnot, but he's the closest we have to an American film icon in a post-John Wayne era.

I personally don't think Clint Eastwood is as amazing as people make him out to be, but that doesn't mean I don't hate the guy lol. Same with Ford, except, I like Ford. He did kinda piss me off on Conan a month ago or so, which rubbed me the wrong way, and now everytime I see his picture I shake my head and think he's a douche who only wants to do another Indy film for money. That's how I see him now. With that being said, all of his previous films have been great, so I have to keep reminding myself of that so I don't completely write off the guy lol.
