Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ "The Dark Knight Rises" is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. The screenplay is written by Christopher Nolan and Jonathan Nolan, story by Christopher Nolan & David S. Goyer. The film is produced by Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Charles Roven, who previously teamed on “Batman Begins” and the record-breaking blockbuster "The Dark Knight." The executive producers are Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Kevin De La Noy and Thomas Tull, with Jordan Goldberg serving as co-producer. The film is based upon characters appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. Batman was created by Bob Kane.




The Dark Knight Rises opens in theaters July 20th. The film stars Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Joseph Gordon Levitt and Marion Colltiard.

Just got my tickets FTW!!! At first it said it was all sold out, then 20 minutes later I got them. Anybody else have that issue?

Saw the tv spot during the England V France match, got some serious chills.

Also kinda shocked how well that Halo 4 advert looked.

amazing spiderman is on for 2 weeks at the london imax,
TDKR is on for 5 weeks, so far, very possibly longer.

Cuz tv spots aren't released yet on British channels, so for almost every non-follower of films this is first... & it shows enough!!

Still, the Shot of Batman standing infront of BANE while surrounded by GothamPD & Bane's Army fighting .... & then Bane stoping Batman's punch ...... is EPIC EPIC stuff .... OMG SUPER - EPIC!!!!!!

@forthesakeofnow Well Actually, TDKR will be in IMAX from July20 till Nov9 (SKYFALL)!!
Between them is only Frankinweenie (black&white Animated film) released in early OCT, & it will only share TDKR screens!
So technically it's without any competition from July20-Nov9!!
& on top of that it's going to get 594 IMAX theatres release in US! (TDK had 160~ & Avengers had 270~)!!
