38 Days and counting. . .

The highly anticipated film Iron Man 2 will showcase Tony Stark's revitalized Stark Expo, which was last seen in the Marvel Movie-verse around the time his father ran the company.

The film's viral marketing campaign continues today with a refurbished Stark Industries website featuring advertisement for the upcoming 2010 Stark Expo; an industrial and scientific display similar to the World's Fair.

The new site now has over 18 images of the fair itself and several videos that visitors can watch; one of which features Tony's father Howard Stark (played by John Slattery) promoting the 1974 Stark Expo. Click on the picture below of the Stark Expo interactive map to check out the site; and don't forget to look for hidden clues similar to the Whiplash marketing images released earlier this year!

The Star Expo site also gives us a first look at actor John Slattery as Howard Stark, Tony's father and founder of Stark Industries who will appear in Iron

UPDATE: Courtesy of Marvel.com, here are the videos that debuted on the Stark Expo website. The first is the promotional video for the 1974 Stark Expo (hosted by Howard Stark), while the second is the promotional video for the 2010 Expo:

Good lord!My browser is currently using 300MB of RAM, but shot up to 900MB when that expo map loaded. If your system doesn't have over 600MB of RAM free, you might want to avoid that site.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

That was in the video of the 1970's Stark Expo. Looks suspiciously like the triangle arc reactor in IM2. What do you think?

Do you think the triangle, could have been what Tony was looking for in the pic of him looking over the Expo model

That Port Authority building looks like it's part of a S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier. Maybe those engines too.

Good job getting those images. Some of the buildings look pretty neat (my favorite is the Monorail :D )
The rotatable map was cool until I started clicking on some of the exhibitors, Reese's, Dr Pepper, Burger King? I hope those drones blow that s%!t up

oooh two things to notice the Banzi garden (where WM and IM fight the drones) and they have a bio-tech building... in The Incredible Hulk, Ross refers to his super-soldier programmes as "bio-tech enhancement"

@Those who crash their comps: My PC is craptastic, but I was able to get on there. Heck, I was able to even browse it and set the Stark Expo 2010 Wallpaper as my wallpaper.
