Filming for Martin Campbell's comic adaptation Green Lantern has been relentless since mid-March; with the movie's cast and crew monopolizing many areas of New Orleans, Louisiana. With the exception of several of the alien Green Lantern Corps members, the film's cast is major roles have all been set in stone. In fact, most of the key actors involved in the production have already had time in front of the cameras.
The Hollywood Reporter recently revealed that actor Mike Doyle has been cast for the role of Jack Jordan, the older brother of Hal Jordan (portrayed in the film by Ryan Reynolds). In Green Lantern comics mythology, Jack is not only Hal's oldest brother, but his strongest opposition in the family. In later stories, Jack became the District Attorney of Coast City, where the Jordan family had grown up.
Mike Doyle is an American actor, screenwriter, director and producer. His most notable roles to date have been a six-year run as Forensics Tech Ryan O'Halloran on
Law & Order: Special Victim's Unit and Adam Guenzel in the prison series
OZ.

Green Lantern will continue filming through late August, 2010; and is scheduled for theatrical release June 17th, 2011.
