If you was to choice a villian that was so evil and unforgiving who would it be?

Mine would be:

KID BUU

He shows no compassion or remorse for any of his actions. He is also utterly merciless, annihilating entire planets simply because Vegeta and Goku were not there. On the rare occasion he ever showed any restraint of his power, it was to make his "game" of destruction last longer instead of producing an instant kill. He doesn't care, or even know, about pain, nor does he seek to conquer and rule over anything. He merely seeks to have fun the only way he knows how, creating havoc and destruction in the whole universe. kill count, Kid Buu has the highest body count in the Dragon Ball universe, having destroyed several hundred planets worth of people. In total, Kid Buu generates an excessively high body count exceeding the trillions

Easy. Joker. He's caused so much pain and death in so many lives all for nothing. He doesn't care about power, money, or world domination. He wants to set the world on fire, him included, while laughing hestarically.

You just can't compare.

How 'bout Tim Roth in Rob Roy? Utterly conscienceless sociopath, who takes pleasure in hounding Roy for no particular reason. And, on top of it all, all of that persecution heaped upon Rob Roy is for something that he (Roth) himself did.

It's not fanboyish, the Joker. Always. That is why he is who he is and as popular.

well, sure the Joker is an easy answer, and i can't necessarily argue with it. but my choices would have to be a tie between:

Red Skull. He's easily the most evil villain in Marvel comics. The things he's done in the comics are evil beyond comparison, and he has no remorse and shows no mercy what so ever. He's a Nazi through and through.

and

The Governor from The Walking Dead. This guy is so evil that he rules over his little town in a world overrun by zombies. Sure he offers his people protection, but he's crazy as hell. He holds arena death matches between his "civilians", and feeds others to captured zombies. He's responsible for cutting off Rick's hand, and he tied up another main female character and beat her and raped her repeatedly. He is also the one responsible for attacking and destroying our heroes' prison home and killing over half of the main cast of the comic.

His little sister is a zombie that he keeps locked in his room, and he feeds her human body parts. He removed her teeth so he can make out with her. He also has an entire wall of fish tanks that have severed zombie heads inside that he watches like TV. The guy is a screwball and is the definition of evil.

There are only two I can think of; both are not comic book related, and are from the same game.

Calypso

Now this guy is very evil in Twisted Metal; in fact, he is the creator of Twisted Metal. He stole powers from the devil, just so he can create a vehicle tournament that causes massive destructions. He also enjoy seeing many lives get killed in his contest.

The only reason why anybody would want to enter Twisted Metal was because of the fact that Calypso will grant the winner one wish. Now this is where he is at his most devious; whenever the winner make his/her wish, Calypso tends to twist it around to his own liking. Meaning, he makes whatever that winner wish for into something horrible and not to the person's desire; basically just a way Calypso does to screw the with the player that beats the game, and the Twisted Metal games are usually tough.

Sweet Tooth

Whatever you have seen in Heath Ledger's performance as the Joker is nothing compare to this seriel killer clown. This guy is a frequent contestant in Twisted Metal, as well as the cover boy of the game. He absolutely LOVES to murder people, whether it is with his bare hands or in his demonic ice cream truck.

Needles Kane (which is this guys real name) simply just wants to be the greatest killer of them all; as evident in his Twisted Metal Black story line. He pretty much doesn't have the shred of mercy whenever he is behind the wheels of his truck; and gameplay wise, he is tough to take out concidering his armor and weapons. And whenever someone encounters this guy; the last thing they will hear is his ice cream truck playing disorintated music with him laughing maniacly at the person's death. Now thats vile.

@JokerFaHAhaHA

While the whole concept of Sweet Tooth taking over the Twisted Metal contest was pretty good; unfortunatly the game was Twisted Metal 4, which is deamed by fans of the series as the 989 Studios equivalent to Joel Shoemarker's Batman & Robin movie. Sweet Tooth hardly was menacing in that game (as well as Twisted Metal 3), he just came out as an over-the-top clown type villain than a menacing clown type seriel killer.

Seriously, that game is the reason why the creator decide to make Sweet Tooth the way he looks right now.

First off, this belongs in Features not Editorials.
Second, I don't know much about DragonBall Z so I can't really comment.
Third, Joker isn't supposed to be evil. He's supposed to be insane. Insanity doesn't make you evil. You half to be sane to be evil.
Fourth, I would say Lex Luthor, Darkseid, or maybey Brainiac. I'm a DC fan, by the way.

Buu isn't evil at all. That's why Goku had him reborn. He killed trillions, but not out of spite, he didn't know any better. He was a toddler with the powers of a god who knew nothing but to follow his instincts. Buu is more a force of nature. He is the scariest villain, for sure...

Most Evil would be the Joker... He's just an agent of chaos.

I see where you are coming at with Kid Buu, but he is just having fun, He doesn't realize the loss and pain he causes people,

SO mine would have to be

Larry

LORD VOLDEMORT

He shows absolutely no remorse for his actions, he is evil, cunning and unforgiving, he killed everyone in Gringotts when he learnt of his possession being stolen, he has killed countless lives for his gain.

Bloodnofsky was one of the reasons why Green Hornet was good. I question why people didn't like this guy.

Still, my choice for Calypso beats everyone else. He created a contest just to see shit blows up and millions of lives taken; then universilly screw with the winner by twisting with their wishes.

Either Joker or Darsksied. Both are utterly ruthless and would kill their righthand man just if they felt like it.

The differences are that Joker would happily die himself if it meant his ultimate goal was realised - Batman crossing the line. And other than destroying Batman and his reputation he doesn't care about a thing. No other plans, no other goals. Just cause as much trouble for Batman as possible, wear him down and either finish him or destroy his last thread of morals.

Darksied has a goal. Destroy the entire universe, rip it apart and tear it down. Then rebuild it with order and perfection. He will not sway from this goal, not for anything. If he gas to go through his own men, his own family or his own planet, he will. And he won't give it a second thought.
