The Flash is a name shared by several fictional comic book superheroes from the DC Comics universe. Created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Harry Lampert, the original Flash first appeared in Flash Comics #1 (January 1940).
Nicknamed the Scarlet Speedster, all incarnations of the Flash possess "super-speed", which includes the ability to run and move extremely fast, use superhuman reflexes and seemingly violate certain laws of physics. Thus far, four different characters—each of whom somehow gained the power of "super-speed"—have assumed the identity of the Flash: Jay Garrick (1940–present), Barry Allen (1956–1985, 2008–present), Wally West (1986–2006, 2007–present), and Bart Allen (2006–2007, 2009–present). Before Wally and Bart's ascension to the mantle of the Flash, they were both Flash protégés under the same name Kid Flash.
Note: This DC Comics Cinematic Universe is completely fictional and it acts like a comic book movie has never been made before. If I cast someone that is already playing a CBM character in real life please ignore. Thank you!
Plot/Summary: Barry Allen is a police scientist who has a reputation for being very slow, deliberate, and frequently late. One night, as he was preparing to leave work, a lightning bolt shattered a case full of chemicals and spilled them all over Allen. As a result, Allen found that he could run extremely fast and had matching reflexes. He went to his good friend and fellow scientist Darwin Elias for help. Barry decides to use his new found powers for the benefit of humanity. Dubbed himself the Flash (after his childhood hero, Jay Garrick), he becomes a crime fighter active in Central City, sporting a red suit of armor powered by the speed force (the source of his powers).
A year into his superhero career Flash has been the center of attention in Central City. Some people hate him, some people tolerate him, and others praise him. None of that stops him. When a new villain arrives almost identical to the flash, Barry goes searching for answers. While reading files on the old Flash (Jay Garrick), he stumbles upon the file of a past flash villain named Professor Zoom or the Reverse Flash. The new reverse flash (called Zoom by the media) wreaks havoc across Central City. Will Flash be able to stop someone possibly faster than himself and what connection to Barry’s past does Zoom have?

ABOUT THE MOVIE
THE SUIT
The suit we basically be the same as the one in the new 52. I like the lightning and how it gets brighter the faster he’s going. (the following is from another Flash article on CBM.com go here to read the full article)If they use the costume ring, it's something Barry came up with while in college, a sort of unstable material that expands on contact with air, like an inflatable raft. The suit stabilizes with the energy Barry makes as The Flash, and can be molded into any form he wants, and can shrink down into the ring and expand, thanks to his powers. It fires out and together in little pieces and wraps onto him because of his powers/the "charge" he gives it like the new 52 suit. The ring, even when he is Flash, has no lightning logo on it like it's depicted in some versions.
SLOW MOTION
What I don’t get is when characters that run at super speed are seen in slow motion they are going as fast as everything else. Here’s a scene from Megamind showing how slow motion should be.
Basically what I’m saying is when the world is in slow motion flash should be going the speed of Usain Bolt or faster. If the world is slow enough that Flash is slower than normal human speed then the rest of the world should basically look frozen.
THE TONE
I think the tone should be serious yet still have funny moments here and there. To put in an comparing way, I say Star Trek (2009). I think Barry Allen should have sarcastic humor. When Wally West is introduced he’d have more of a Green Lantern Ryan Reynolds sense of humor.
THE DIRECTOR(S)
I chose the Wachowskis because they are amazing directors. Their special effects have affected media history and I want the same to happen with this Flash movie.
THE WRITERS
The writers would be Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman. They have partnered MANY times. Check out their imdb pages here and here. Their credits are the same! They have written great scripts for great show and movies and I think that they would do this movie justice.
THE MUSIC
I don’t have a designated person I want to score the movie, but I think that the main song for the film should be Fastlane by Bad Meets Evil. The song is in the video above.
ON TO THE FANCAST
Flash/Barry Allen-Chris Evans
Flash: Barry Allen is the Silver Age Flash and arguably the first Silver Age superhero. He is the second Flash in the Flash family tree, and has recently returned to life after his famed death in Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Chris Evans: Chris Evans is a great actor and I’ve wanted him as the Flash for a long time.
Iris West-Anna Kendrick
Iris West: Iris is a reporter in Central City. Has feelings for Barry Allen and has had them since they were young. Iris is dedicated to finding out who Flash is and beating out fellow reporter and rival Lois Lane even though they work into very faraway places.
Anna Kendrick: She is a great actor. I loved her performance in Pitch Perfect and after seeing her as this character in
DumbledoreCalrissian ‘s AMAZING Flash Fancast I think she’d be perfect in this role.
Zoom/Hunter Zolomon-Bradley Cooper
Zoom: Former FBI profiler and once close ally to the Flash, Hunter Zolomon believes that to make Barry Allen a greater hero he must test him by being his greatest villain.
Bradley Cooper: Bradley Cooper is over casted as Flash and I personally think he’d be a better Hunter Zolomon. I think he could play the smart, angry yet slightly insane Hunter Zolomon.
Darwin Elias-Zachary Levi
Darwin Elias: A research scientist and friend to Barry Allen who helps him expand and master his powers.
Zachary Levi: I wanted Darwin to have a sort or nerdy feel to him and I think that Levi can bring that to the character.
Jay Garrick-Harrison Ford
Jay Garrick: Jason Peter "Jay" Garrick is the original super-speedster and was the first to wear the mantle of the Flash. It was Jay Garrick's legendary heroics that inspired Barry Allen.
Harrison Ford: Harrison Ford is a legendary actor and I think he could play a great Jay Garrick.
Patty Spivot
Patty Spivot: Patty Spivot is a forensic blood analyst in the Central City Police Department Crime Lab and Barry Allen’s ex. She worked as assistant to Barry Allen. She got promoted and she broke up with Barry when she felt he started spending to much time with Iris West
Allison Mack: I might get some hate for this because she was in Smallville, but she is a decent actor and I think she fits this role very well.
David Singh-Guy Pearce
David Singh:A Crime Lab Director for the Central City Police Department, who takes Barry Allen into his lab on Captain Frye's orders.
Guy Pearce I think Guy Pearce would be great for this role. He played a role similar to how I want David to be like in Bedtime Stories and I think has the ability to do well in this role.
James Forrest-Anthony Anderson
James Forrest: A co-worker of Barry’s. James is lazy, but gets the job done and he is one of the main comic relief characters at the crime lab
Anthony Anderson: I think he could easily and wonderfully play my version of James Forrest.
Leonard Snart-Jude Law
Leonard Snart: A member of a gang of criminals that are high class thieves, Leonard is kicked in prison after being stopped by flash in a bank robbery. The other gang members escaped .
Jude Law: I think he could carry out this role. Yes some of you may know that this is captain cold, but in this movie he’s not captain cold yet.
AFTER CREDITS SCENE
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Leonard Snart is seen sitting in his cell. Along the walls are formulas and writings and strange illustrations. Snart is mumbling to himself sitting on his bed. The camera pans over and you see an engraved ray gun on the wall. Above it in capital letters
THE FLASH WILL FREEZE…
